It's hard to believe that five years have passed since Swarm Recruitment first opened its doors. What started as a small idea within the Swarm Group has now blossomed into something truly special. We are a thriving, values-driven recruitment agency that's making a positive impact every single day!
This milestone isn't just a number. It's a reflection of the people, the passion, the partnerships, and the purpose that have powered us through highs, challenges and everything else in between.
Let's Look Back: How It All Began
Swarm Recruitment came into fruition in 2019 as SwarmBe, part of the wider Swarm Group (established in 2013). From the very beginning, our mission was very clear: to build a recruitment company that does things differently.
Our foundation was built on three powerful Swarm values: compassion, family, and impact.
We wanted to create a recruitment service based not just on filling roles, but on building relationships, partnerships that feel genuine, transparent and fair. A win for everyone involved, the clients, the candidates and the community. 'The community?' you may ask. Yes, because 10% of Swarm Group profits go directly to community projects, making a tangible difference beyond business. It is fantastic that Swarm Recruitment is 5, and we are still upholding those values!

There have been late nights, tough calls and moments of uncertainty. But there's also been laughter, connection, and so many reasons to celebrate. We've had countless conversations about who we are, how and why we do what we do.... which is not always easy to prove/understand until after we have started.
We have had the privilege of supporting thousands of job seekers and partnering with over 150 amazing organisations. These include household names like Disney, Ofcom, Ipsos and National Express, to incredible local businesses and charities doing great work in their communities.
And what's kept us going through it all? The people.
