Swarm Recruitment is a limited company but our strict compassionate social focus means that a percentage of our profits are directed to specific local community projects and supporting those who need employability support.

Swarm Futures Project

The Swarm Futures Project is the development of a dedicated team that can focus on supporting young and disadvantaged people with employability, training, advice and mentoring. The Futures team activity will involve training workshops and a post-training support programme aimed at enhancing the younger generation’s employment, life and enterprise skills and helping them to identify relevant local opportunities. This will increase the chances of their applications being noticed and help them promote themselves well at the interview.

Free Employment Support

The Swarm Futures Project is a Community Interest Company that is being designed to offer support, training and guidance for the young and disadvantaged to get into work, training or higher education. The project will initially be funded by the profits from Swarm Training.

Free School Careers Support

Schools need support in providing appropriate career/training advice and guidance for their students. The Swarm Futures team will work closely with local and national businesses across the East of England so they can provide free career support and impartial advice/guidance on Further and Higher Education.

We are proud to support local schools and colleges through the Local Enterprise Partnership, offering our time and experience as an Enterprise Advisor.
