Swarm Recruitment turns 5 this month.

So naturally, its a time to reflect a little.

If you don't know, we started as "SwarmBe" in 2019, part of the Swarm Group (which itself started in 2013), to provide recruitment services based upon Swarm's values: compassion, family and impact.

This means partnerships, high quality work done with fairness, transparency, a win for all parties and the community (10% of profits go to community projects).

And we believe this is the future of business more than ever!

With other Swarm companies; Swarm Training, Swarm REAGIT and Swarm Bluewater, we aim to covers all the staffing/training needs for many different companies.

We've had countless conversations about who we are, how and why we do what we do.... which is not always easy to prove/understand until after we have started.

Over time we have become more involved in key sectors such as Marketing/Research, Business support and working with charities.

Thankfully our message seems to have resonated - we've had the pleasure of dealing with 1000s of job seekers and working with around 150 fabulous companies including Disney, Ofcom, Ipsos and National Express.
