We are no placement, no fee, so why not speak to our candidates to see if they can add value to your company? Even if you've never used traditional recruitment agencies, you can still use our services to support and enhance your existing recruitment campaigns, thereby giving your vacancies maximum reach.
If you would like us to handle all the necessary tasks for you, our bespoke recruitment service is here to help. Our fee is a percentage of the starting salary, without any hidden charges. We offer flexible payment options tailored to your needs, which can be discussed in detail. We will strive to provide the best possible service.
Swarm’s Full and Proven Recruitment Service
Our fee: We will work exclusively, in partnership with you on a 10% Basic Starting Salary structure (We can offer non-exclusive recruitment at a higher rate depending on the search).
Flexible payments include a monthly option.
Refund in 3 months if it doesn’t work out (for one-off payments) or monthly payments are stopped (for monthly options).
Free replacement in 3 months if it doesn’t work out.
